Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Our services are provided in the form of spiritual consulting, guidance, and advisory sessions delivered online. These services are experiential and personal in nature, and results may vary from person to person. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Because of the nature of our offer, there's no physical matter available for return.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled online sessions on time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled or refunded, at the discretion of Omega Spiritual Consultancy. To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us at info@omegaspiritual.com.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (including failure to join the online meeting on time), are non-refundable.

3. Online Sessions & Technical Requirements

All sessions are conducted via Google Meet unless otherwise stated.

  • Session access details are sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and access to Google Meet prior to the session.
  • Failure to join the session due to client-side technical issues (including internet connectivity problems, device issues, incorrect email information, or time zone errors) does not qualify for a refund.

If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical issue or a problem for which Omega Spiritual Consultancy is responsible, the client will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session.

4. Time Zone Responsibility

All session times are scheduled based on the time zone selected or confirmed at the time of booking.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they correctly convert session times to their local time zone and for attending the session accordingly. Failure to attend or late arrival due to time zone misunderstandings does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Late Arrivals

If a client joins the online session late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

Late arrivals do not qualify for partial refunds or automatic session extensions.

6. Refund Policy

Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with the content, interpretation, or personal outcome of a session.

7. Force Majeure

Omega Spiritual Consultancy shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet or platform failures, government actions, war, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a force majeure situation preventing a session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled or, if rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Omega Spiritual Consultancy.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if we believe the service is being used inappropriately or if the interaction is not aligned with our ethical or professional boundaries. In such cases, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
