Q. What can I expect during a healing session?
Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely structured for your needs. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Yawning, shedding tears, sweating, and similar responses are commonly observed during sessions. Some sessions are subtle, with shifts becoming noticeable in the days that follow. Whether you feel sensations or not, the energy still works as needed.
Q. Are the sessions done in person or remotely?
All sessions are offered remotely, unless otherwise arranged. Healing energy is not affected by physical distance, so remote sessions are equally impactful.
Q. Do I need to do anything to prepare for a session?
Staying hydrated is strongly recommended. You may wish to set an intention for what you'd like to receive or release, and find a quiet space to attend a session or accept the healing energy, but these are not mandatory.
Q. How many sessions will I need?
This varies by individual. Some find one session deeply transformative, while others benefit from a series over time. We recommend starting with a single session and assessing how you feel afterward. Follow-up support is always available.
Q. Should I book back to back sessions?
Give yourself the time and space to fully integrate with the changes made during a session. The integration period varies depending on the type of session. While Reiki can often be received daily, other healing sessions typically require more time between appointments. If you’re still feeling the effects of a previous session, it's best to wait until that process has completed before scheduling another.
Q. Is this a substitute for medical or psychological treatment?
No. These services are complementary and do not replace professional healthcare. Always consult a licensed provider for medical, legal, or psychological concerns.
Q. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. If you’re part of a multi-day healing process, please reach out as early as possible if your availability changes.
